Online magazine Famme published a piece on November 19, 2020 about the reason for the creation of De Oudertelefoon, what kind of questions parents ask, who our volunteers are and the taboos we want to break.

During breakfast on November 6, 2020, we had a very nice conversation with Pieter Kok for his radio program De Breakfast Table. We talked about the origins of De Oudertelefoon, the type of questions we get, who our volunteers are and how we work.

Wednesday morning, October 14, 2020, founder Rolien and volunteer Saskia were guests in the broadcast of Koffietijd. We talked about the reason for setting up De Oudertelefoon, taboos surrounding parenting and sharing perfect pictures. Saskia answered a parenting question live from a mother from the Koffietijd panel.

Global Shapers

For the series 'Humans of Covid', Global Shapers portrayed the faces and personal stories behind heartwarming initiatives that emerged during the Corona crisis. Rolien was interviewed about the reason for setting up De Oudertelefoon, the questions we receive and our vision for the future. The interview came online October 8, 2020.

Doctor and Auto

Arts en Auto, the trade magazine for doctors in the Netherlands

September 4, 2020 an online version of the article that appeared in the paper magazine that same month, in which doctors point out the existence of De Oudertelefoon and the possibilities to refer patients to us.

Libelle posted a nice article on August 31, 2020 about why we started De Oudertelefoon, what kind of conversations we have and how we see ourselves in a change process for parents and educators.

The Netherlands Makes Impact

Founder Rolien was interviewed by Nederland Maakt Impact, which portrays young Dutch difference makers. We spoke in particular about breaking taboos and normalizing uncertainties surrounding parenthood. The video of the interview came online on August 20, 2020.

The Optimists

The Optimist published an article on August 14, 2020 in which they share founder Lisette's vision on the origins and continued existence of De Oudertelefoon, even after the Corona crisis.

RTL News

RTL Nieuws mentioned De Oudertelefoon in the news broadcast of August 11, 2020. An article was also published online that same day, in which founder Lisette talks about the origins of De Oudertelefoon and family pedagogue Lieneke Jooren talks about help and support for parents.

Brandpunt+ of the KRO-NCRV made an episode of 'My Mission' about De Oudertelefoon. Rolien and Laura talk about the origins, why we do what we do and how we do it.

On June 25, 2020, the episode came online.

Unseen Heroes

Unseen Heroes portrays invisible heroes during the Corona crisis. Rolien was allowed to tell us why we started De Oudertelefoon during this time, and why we are not just a Corona service, but are here to stay. The article appeared on June 22, 2020 on the Unseen Heroes website.
